Coronavirus Business Announcement

As we see COVID-19 control measures across the UK being reduced, we have also moved forward to our next phase. As your trusted supplier, we remain focused on maintaining our full levels of production, service delivery and support.

Our priorities are:

  • the safety and well-being of our employees and customers
  • delivering product and support to customers

As all employees are able to work effectively from home, we continue to do this where appropriate. This includes answering all incoming calls both to Reception and Call Despatch Service Desk, as well as being able to fulfil all orders received.

The main Head Office number 020 8236 5800 will be manned remotely or alternatively please email reception@riso.co.uk.

The Service Desk will continue to be manned and calls to the dedicated line 020 8236 5832 will be answered remotely or alternatively please email service@riso.co.uk.

Stock Supply and Delivery

We have stock of all product in the UK and have scheduled shipments arriving from our parent company in Japan. Our warehouse and delivery partners remain working and we are experiencing no shortfalls in service, although our partners will of course be working in accordance with Government advice.

Installations

We will continue to install equipment in accordance with any COVID-19 safety measures the customers has in place. All our technicians have been issued with full PPE and will adhere to social distancing guidelines whilst on-site.

Ink Ordering

Our automatic ink despatch service remains suspended for the time being but if we think you are running low on ink, we will try and contact you to arrange a delivery slot. Alternatively, please email us direct on orders@riso.co.uk with your requirements.

Software Support

Our Technical Solutions Team are working remotely to offer you the highest levels of support. Please email softwaresolutions@riso.co.uk with your enquiry.

Finance

All support staff have been provided with equipment to work from home, so expect all these functions to be maintained. If you have any invoice enquiries, please could these be emailed to invoicequery@riso.co.uk.

Sales Demonstrations/Customer Meetings

Our Mobile Showroom enables us to visit a customer site and conduct a demonstration whilst maintaining social distancing. Other customer meetings can be conducted virtually or in person, adhering to all Government and customer specific safety. All sales have also been issues with full PPE. Our Head Office showroom facility is also open and demonstrations are taking place, again abiding by the Government guidelines.
