RISO welcomes reports about security issues with our products. If you need to send us a report, please read the following guidelines before you use the submission form. This form is only for reporting security issues, not for general questions or business offers.
We aim to get back to you quickly, but please note that if you send us a report over the weekend, on a holiday, or when we’re closed, we’ll reply on the next business day.
After we get your report, we’ll contact you by email. Make sure your email can receive messages from our domain (@riso.co.uk).
Please don’t share or reuse any part of the response we send you without our permission.
